How Nutrition Coaching Can Help You

Hormone dysregulation is all too common, but I want you to know, you don’t need to suffer any longer through the ebbs and flows of your menstrual cycles. We have been told, as women that our hormone-related symptoms are ‘normal” and that we have to just “deal.” Yet, intuitively we know something different.

The journey to whole health is not always simple and quick; this is why I offer custom, bespoke packages at different timelines so we can choose the best fit for you.  

  1. “Explore” - Includes D.U.T.C.H. (Hormone = Adrenal Testing) + 60 minute 1:1 video session to review results.
  2. “Build” - 3 months, 6 - 1:1 video sessions + weekly video and voice note check-ins. This coaching package is ideal for those individuals who would like to build on their strong foundation of health to achieve their desired results. 
  3. “Transform” - 6 months, 12 - 1:1 video sessions + weekly check-ins and unlimited access to Alison via text between sessions.  This package is ideal for individuals who are looking for a transformation in their health.  They may be managing a new medical diagnosis, struggling with debilitating symptoms related to hormone, gut and auto-immune issues, transitioning into a new phase of their lives, overcoming years of dieting and/or food restriction and/or looking to develop sustainable health habits.
